"The Last Path" is a psychological horror anthology application. The service includes narrative content, gameplay mechanics, and synchronization features via Google Firebase.
3. Intellectual Property
All content included in the application, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software (including the narrative scripts), is the property of Angelo Mazzilli and is protected by international copyright laws.
4. User Conduct

5. In-App Purchases (Books)
The application may offer digital content ("Books") for purchase. All purchases are final and managed via the Google Play Store or App Store. No refunds are provided directly by the Developer.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Developer does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any data loss related to device failures or sync errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
